  • Residents’ society support under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022

  • Financial management, AGM coordination, maintenance planning, and compliance

  • Development consultancy for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

These services are delivered based on individually scoped agreements or contracts.

Fees are set out in your individual service agreement. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and may be subject to GST. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in the agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest and/or administrative fees.

We treat all client information as confidential. Joye will not disclose any sensitive or private data to third parties unless legally required or authorised in writing by the client.
